Flab Redux Day 3

:thumbup: I did!

Unfortunately, it was the first day this week I managed to exercise. I decided that today was a "no excuses" day and took the dog for a brisk 30-minute walk as soon as my son got on the school bus. I'm hoping to do a little more later, but at least I've done something.
 
We assembled my stationary bike, so I did 10 km on it yesterday and today. I need a slow start after 2 years of slacking. :-)
 
Did 35 minutes at 2% incline on the treadmill. Been about 2 weeks or so since I've started THE DIET. Clothes are fitting looser-YAY!

So, for those who need a good laugh, the song on my iPod that I start my workout with is the Glee version of Bust a Move. :D
 
I did an hour of Body Pump class at the Y. It's a strength training class. Also ran 3 miles this afternoon. But then I ate a bunch of cookie dough. ;)
 
WOOT! I finally did something this week! LOL! I ran 1.91 miles in 26 minutes. I did 5 min running, 3 min walking intervals. The heat and humidity were ROUGH, but I gotta start getting used to it!
 
Also walked tonight 1.1 miles, but it was in 21 minutes since the boy was following along (or in front of me) on his scooter.
 
well, I didn't do anything again :( my kids are all so sick, that by the time they were all in bed I just wanted to veg... does carrying around an 18lb chunk all day count? ;)
 
40 minutes walking (to and from gym) 25 minutes cardio at the gym and 35 minutes strength training....so sore.
