Flab Redux Day 10

I did! I did!

I did 10 burpees, 20 count plank and 20 squats with weights in cycles for 15 minutes.
 
I just got back from a 3 mile/36 min run. Then I got in the pool and did some water aerobics for 20 minutes. I really hope to make it back to the gym this evening for another 2+ mile run. I will update later if I make it.....;)

Kellie... what are burpees?

I did a 2.5 mile walk pushing the big kids in the double and wearing my chunk in a wrap... I didn't pay attention to the time because we stopped to talk to the neighbors right before we got home... but I'd say it was a moderate pace.
 
OOOOHHHH! And I forgot to say that although I try not to stalk the scale.....;) I am down 2 lbs since Friday! :thumbup:
 
I actually did. LOL (Can you tell I've been pretending NOT to see the first nine days??) I pulled out all of our privet hedges... both sides of the house, all the way across the front. I'm gross right now. :)

Kellie... what are burpees?

This is a burpee: From standing, squat down, kick out into a push up position, do a pushup, pull your legs back to a squatting position and jump straight up. I'm doing cross fit, and it's totally kicking my rear!

Another session with the elliptical for me! My son was annoyed ("Mom, you already did this today!" -- but it was actually yesterday). :)
