and i lost 2 lbs.! I have to admit, I didn't follow the eating plan as well as I should have, and Aunt Flo was here for a visit, so who knows if the DVD really helped with any of it, but I'll say that it did. :) I'm sure it didn't hurt!
 
Congrats, Jackie!!! I see it on the On-Demand on the DVR, but I haven't had the guts to try it... is it as bad as they say?? I'm one of those people who don't like to sweat... :p
 
You will be sweating within the first 5 minutes, honest to goodness! I like to sweat - at least when I'm working out - it makes me feel good! Is that weird?
 
well, I feel the same way so we can be weird together :)

I dont think its weird. If im not completely in need of a shower when ive finished a work out i dont feel like ive worked hard enough and i get depressed that i wasted my time. Sweat makes me happy lol.

I have to post-pone my start because I am laid up with a kidney stone. Dr said it should pass soon....the sooner the better for me.
 
Jackie thats awesome I have been doing it for over 3 weeks now and haven't lost a single lb!
 
I started it this week too, it is seriously kicking my behind! I downloaded mine on iTunes, so I don't have a diet plan with mine. How is the food part of it?
 
Thats awesome! Are you doing it every day? I'm planning to get up and start it in the morning - we shall see if that happens - if not tomorrow night. I started over the summer and I have to say its the best 20 minute work out ever! :thumbup:

There isn't a diet plan with it...I'm doing WW (on my own since I've done it a few times I already have all the stuff).
