Favorite crock pot recipe

I have a son (age 5) and both he and I love this chicken recipe. He's usually kind of picky when it comes to sauce, but this one loves so I usually add more of the sauce ingredients. Neither of us is big on rice so we eat it with boiled vegetables, like carrots, broccoli and/or cauliflower.

serves 4

1 1/2 to 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs (4 or one thigh per family member)
3 garlic cloves, smashed and chopped
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
1/3 cup honey

Put the chicken into your cooker. In a bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients, then pour evenly over the top. Cook on low for 6 hours.

I'm going to keep an eye on this thread. I just got a slow cooker in the spring and I've been looking for recipes to make in it.

I made this pork tenderloin recipe a few weeks ago for my Dad and Step-Mom and they both loved it. I did make an adjustment to it and left out the garlic since my sister's allergic to it and causes her to get migraine's.

Ingredients
2 pound Pork Tenderloin
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
1 TBS Yellow Mustard
2-3 TBS maple syrup
2 TBS olive oil
2 TBS Diced dried onions
1 1/2 TSP Garlic Salt or Powder

Directions
Mix ingredients above. Pour over Tenderloin in the crock pot and cook on low for 6 hours.
