Favorite Boy Kits

I have a slew of girl kits because I mostly scrap my daughter and granddaughter, but my sister asked me to scrap some photos of my nephew and I'm lost! LOL

I am busy with work and an impending move, so while I usually love to browse the shoppe, I just don't have time. Could I please call upon you in my time of need (or laziness if you prefer ;))? Show me your all-time favorite boy kits for older boys (not baby boy or toddler) I would be so grateful!

TIA!

This one by Zoe (it's Penny Candy too!)

ok...my faves list!

I'm not sure what age you're looking for, but I can pretty much make any of these work for my boys at any age. I just love all of these!!!

I'm running late so I had to stop, but check out Shawna's shop too. Love her stuff!

WOW - That was fast - LOL. Thanks so much everyone! Now I can spend my sister's money on a few kits. I see several that match his personality pretty well (he's 11 now but I'll be scrapping photos from about age 8 until now). I forgot all about the My Three Sons kit that was released last week!

WAIT... before you buy... YOU MUST see Julie's, kits, too!!! She is my go to for my special pages on my son... ;) Here are some of my favs and they are so versatile to be used for your daughter/granddaughter, too!!

Um....I have many favorite boy kits because I scrap for the blue in my life. :) I totally agree with Libby's Ace kit and Zoe's That's My Boy kit that was mentioned. They both rock and I love them.

Others that I love....

Traci is my go-to for a nice boy kit. She has 3 sons and totally knows what she's doing in terms of scrapping and designing for boys!

Here are a few of my most favouritest kits from her. Yes, most favouritest is now proper terminology :P

(Even minus the trucks this can work really well for older boys)

Here's a softer boy kit that really works well for a lot of different ages

This is another softer kit in a different palette

Wild and Craz-he is just an awesome kit all around, and is nice and bright...

And finally... My 3 Sons. It's very boy. :)

All that were mentioned are great kits! I love Julie's boy kits! They are so versatile that I can usually scrap girl pages too :)

definitely check out Traci's kits too!

I just picked this one up and can't wait to work with it!

A lot of my favorites have already been mentioned, but I also love these for scrapping my 7.5 year old boy.

Meghan and Traci's At The Park

Julie's Put Me in Coach

Kristin's My Wish for Him

Have fun shopping!

No exaggeration, Julie Billingsley is the queen of Boys.

Go check out her store.

It is my dream to get onto her CT (I just had a baby boy....)

I love every kit mentioned in the thread - as a mom of a 10 year old boy, it's hard to really find the perfect kit that is not too boyish nor manly. With that said, you will love what Julie is going to have in her store this week ;)

It sounds like I might have to wait until this weekend before I make my final selections. My nephew is very into Tae Kwon Do so my sister has several pics she wants done of that.

It will be interesting to do boy layouts... they scare me! DS was 13 when I started paper scrapping and I never got a digital camera until he was 18, so all my photos of him are prints that need to be scanned, and I'm just not ready to tackle that project yet. I'll practice doing boy layouts with my nephew and then maybe I'll be ready to do DS in about 5 years - LOL

I'm in the same boat Marie. Almost all of my photos of my boys are prints too and I have scanned loads of them. They're not fabulous, but it's fun being able to scrap them. I recently bought a nice scanner (Epson V600). I love it...easy to use and I can do a handful at a time. I brought my parents old slides home from one trip, and I was able to scan all of them in too. Such a treasure to have all those photos now.

Have fun!
