Family Photos - Opinions?

So I bought a Groupon awhile back for a photographer. I want to get some photos done this fall before it gets too chilly. And as usual, I have been stressing about looking coordinated without being to matchy-matchy, lol.

I just ordered some clothes for the girls to make these 2 outfits:

And thought that DH & I would wear something like this:

Thoughts? Do you think the colors look good together? DH doesn't wear a lot of layers, he's more of a jeans & t-shirt kind of guy, but I might have him wear a white polo under the sweater, or a white t-shirt like the photo shows. I have a white 3/4 length knit sweater in cream already, so I'm pretty much set with that outfit (just need some brown boots & a belt).

I am seriously so bad at fashion. I think it looks good, but I have no idea. Maybe the brown looks stupid with the blue & red... Please help!!

I think it looks really cute. I'd make sure to try and tie the brown in with the girls too- maybe in their shoes. Can't wait to see the photos!

I really like it. The brown looks good. I agree that maybe you could add a touch of brown to the girls' outfits as well.

Yeah, I was thinking of putting brown shoes on the girls as well. They each have a pair already!

Is your shirt white or cream? My only concern would be that if it's white, white can be really hard to photograph as pure white and get skin tones right. If you could, I'd probably go with more of a cream color than pure white.

My shirt is cream, it has a bit of yellow in it . Bright white and I are not friends - I look much better in creamy white or ivory, lol!
