Wouldn't it be fun to do your journey with scrapbooking as a video like the facebook lookback video.. would be neat to see progression of pages.. :)

I get so sappy sentimental with silly things like that :)
 
aww that would be fun! though i just recently got one of those myself sort of. I haven't printed pages in over 3 years because of how choppy our income was. but now we're settled nicely and got a huge return this year, so I splurged and printed over 400 pages. that's 3 years of scrapping! it was fun looking back at all the pages to see how my scrapping has evolved :)
 
Funny you say this, because I just did my video and it was 99% scrapbook layouts. Haha! Seems I post more scrapbook layouts on facebook than anything else.
 
One of my layouts made it to the video. I have a album on FB "Scrapbooking" where I upload my layouts I want to share with FB friends.
 
My FB lookback did not make me emotional at all. I thought it was kind of boring, tbh.

But I do love videos, and I wish I took more of them and did something with them besides leaving them unlabeled on the computer.
 
My facebook showed really weird stuff... like no pictures from my wedding or big stuff like that. It was a little bit of a let down. lol.
 
Something like that would be SO cool.

And maybe I'm weird, but I cried seeing my video-- since I've been on FB for 8 years, it contained a TON of memories, like my high school sweetheart, my trip to Germany, the birth of my son, the start of my blogging career. Looking back made me so sentimental and showed me how much has changed (and at the same time, how little has changed) in 8 years. Then again, I cry at standing ovations, the national anthem, flash mobs, commercials... everything. So of course I'd cry at the video!
