Other random goals/thoughts for the week: Drink 8oz of water before I eat, while I eat and after I eat meals!

MONDAY 30 min wii fit (10 yoga, 20 aerobic) plus shopping at Target & Walmart (that's gotta count for something, right? LOL!)

TUESDAY: 6 miles on recumbent bike
WEDNESDAY: 46 mins on recumbent bike/ 400 calories burned
THURSDAY:nothing, went to have drinks with friends and ate free pizza, 2 margaritas and 2 washington apples, then went to taco bell afterwards cuz I was totally wasted...woke up this morning and STILL LOST 1.5 lbs from yesterday!!lol

Apparently I'm not as dedicated to exercise as I am scrapping....

like actually a complete exercise loser. But I have lost 4 pounds.
 
UGH these 2 snow days killed me. We were without power a while, my dd was driving me crazy with no school, and I was worried about dh who was out IN the ice storm, so I baked cookies. *sigh* There's my confession

MONDAY 30 min wii fit (10 yoga, 20 aerobic) plus shopping at Target & Walmart (that's gotta count for something, right? LOL!)
TUESDAY: nada (but I did eat 4 pb cookies -- the chewing probably cancelled out the calories that were actually IN the cookies)
WEDNESDAY: nada again
THURSDAY: 30 min wii fit (20 jogging, 5 step aerobics, and 5 hula hoop)

Current weight: 278 as of Monday (yes, I gained weight since I started exercising) :thumbdown:
Goal weight or fitness goal: right now I'd like to lose something, anything

Exercise Mins:
MONDAY: Nothing
TUESDAY: Snowed in - nothing
WEDNESDAY: Iced in - nothing
THURSDAY: Shoveled snow/ice combination for 45 min straight, then again later for another 1/2 hour straight
FRIDAY: nothing - too sore from yesterday

Other random goals/thoughts for the week: try to keep sanity and get momentum back in the face of gaining weight.
