Alright girls, where is everyone? Surely not everyone has dropped out in the first week????
I had to take it easy today. My knee is acting up, so I didn't want to strain it and do more damage than good.
Sunday - 45 min Wii Fit
Monday - 45 min Wii Fit
Tues - 30 min Wii Fit (had to cut it short for a dentist appt this morning).
Wednesday - 50 min Wii Fit (20 yoga, 20 aerobic, 5 strength, 5 balance)
Thursday - 45 min Wii Fit (10 yoga, 25 aerobic, 5 strength, 5 balance)
friday - 40 min wii fit (10 yoga, 10 strength, 20 aerobic -- that island run just about killed me)
Sat - 45 min wii fit (15 yoga, 15 strength, 15 balance, 0 aerobic)
