lol I'm losing my mind ^_^ ... I swear, every one.. everyone I went to HS with is suddenly getting married. It's like we all turned 27/28 and there was this MASS drive to get hitched. It's amusing.. slightly.. and nauseating at the same time :p LOL I'm such a romantic. I dunno.. I have felt "off" from my old friends since.. well forever now. I had a kid.. I got hitched.. all while they were still going out and being stupid.. Now.. well I still have the kid, but I'm not the married chick anymore.. and now they all are! aaaaaaaaaaaaaah. LOL It's been bothering me for months.. two of my old friends proposed to their girlfriends on like.. the same damn day.. and it's just snowballed since then. All these people are coming out of the wood works and getting married one after another bam bam bam bam. Stop it! haha let me live in my miserable anti-lovie dovie hole and stop shoving this stuff in my face lol lol
 
Maybe if you got off your computer and went out and made some new single friends, you could get married again too. And you might want to get your divorce finalized...

; ) Just kidding, La. Sorry that sucks for you. Just remember, they'll probably all get divorced anyway.
 
Dude, I know how ya feel. I'm in that "marrying" age, and everyone I knew from my childhood up to college are getting married wth. Even my dad's bugging me to get married. BTW, when they get married, they'll be disgustingly mushy for a couple months and then they'll be back to normal. Most of my friends were like that.
 
LOl. I know what you mean! I'll be 25 next month, and it seems like everyone I went to school with is getting married and having kids. Well, I have 2 kids myself, but am in no rush at all to get married. Everyone keeps asking me if I'm going to marry my kids dad, and honestly I don't really care to. lol. Not because I don't love him, because obviously I do, I just don't want to get married anytime soon.
 
i was one of those who got married young, at 21 and my friends weren't married either, lol. there are times when i wish i had never met him, but then i wouldn't have my kids. we are doing tons better now though. but he still frustrates me, lol.

I am in the same boat as Rachael. I have 2 kids and am not married, and really have no interest in getting married.

We are the same age, and I have noticed everyone from high school getting married too. And I already told you about my first love getting married last weekend. weirdness LOL
 
That all seemed to happen for me between ages 23 and 26. By 27/28 and now 29, EVERYONE is having babies.

I was one of those statistics - got married at 24 and was divorced at 28. Certainly not something I expected. I wished I would have had more common sense and not get married because it was the right time and the guy I was with wasn't too shabby.

Just remember that you've got a lot of wisdom under your belt that your friends will have to learn the hard way.
 
I was married at 23, and done having kids by 28. All of my friends were just getting married then, and now that I'm 33, a lot of them are just having babies now, or are on baby #2 now. It's weird, because my oldest is 9! LOL
