So, I know when we get discount coupons, we don't use them during sales b/c prices are already discounted. But what about gift certificates? Is it unethical to use one during a major sale?
From a consumer-capitalist standpoint, it's a smart money decision, but (and maybe it's just my general distaste for capitalism and all the evil it's done in this world) it feels like it might be unethical?
Thoughts? I don't want to be a jerk to an amazing community of small business owners and artists. But I also don't want to pass up an amazing chance to load up on products I love just b/c I have an over-developed sense of guilt (thanks, mother, lol).
