Error ID 33?

"You are not allowed to access that resource"

This is what I get when I try to download both products I just bought. Both if I follow the link from my order in the shoppe and if I follow the link sent to my email.

What does it mean and why am I getting it?
 
I got that error the other day when I was trying to move something to our network drive. I think a simple restart fixed it. Weird.
 
Was the item you purchased from your wish list? For example on my wish list I still had some of Nettio's products on my wish list but when I click on them they give me that error because her products are no longer in the store. I don't know if that helps or not.

We have a note in our FAQ about this...

I’m trying to download my order from the links that were sent via email, but every time I click the link it says “Access denied. You are not allowed to access that resource. Error code: 33″. What do I do?

Like a “queued order”, this error happens as a result of our database not keeping up with the download links which were sent to you via email on busy days. With a little time, the database usually catches up to the links that were sent via email and the issue resolves itself, but you should always be able to download from your Order History directly in the store instead of via the download links which were sent to your email.

I couldn't download from my order history either, which is what confused me about it. But I ended up getting sent 6 different download links over about a 15 minute period and the last one worked.
