Easiest font manager?

I've been searching around and I can't find anything that seems like it will work for me. I have a font problem and it is bogging down my system. Which font managers do you use and love? I really do want something with a really simple interface. I just don't feel up to learning a new program right now but I promised my husband's friend I'd make something for her that is pretty font intensive.

I'm using FontCase. I'm on a Mac and I'm not sure if they have a PC version, but I like it quite a lot.

i have a free one called amp font viewer. does the job and is easy enough to use.

i primarily downloaded it to help me pick fonts so i could look at them all but now I use wordmark.it for that
