Earth Day projects?

Earth Day is coming up next week and I'm searching for a cute project and treat to have after school that day for L.J.

Does anyone have anything planned/pinned yet?

I saw some chocolate popcorn trees that I'm thinking I could do without buying anything, but not sure about the craft/project yet.
 
What about making a dirt cup snack? Pudding, crushed oreo-type cookies, and gummy worms. Totally junky but such a special treat! :) I was thinking of letting my kids make them... but I might opt for the veggie version:


I was also planning on buying seed for plants that will feed pollinators in our area and doing some Guerilla Gardening with the kids. Seed bombs or something like that. We're also making some seed treats for the wild birds.
 
I'm generally busy with Bella's birthday on Earth Day, lol, so we never do anything for it anymore. We used to just go to the Earth Day celebrations in Memphis, never actually done crafts or such for it though.
 
We usually go to the park, take a few trash bags, and pick up litter. Then we might stop for an Icee at 7-11 on the way home.
