I purchased "a few things" a few hours ago and I'm still not able to download them. The status of the order is "queued". I've sent an email but I'm very anxious to download these kits because I have the day off from work today!
Any ideas to make this process a little faster?
Also, this is the 1st time I used Paypal. Other times I have just used my credit card and I never had this problem. Is this a recurring problem when using Paypal? Just curious

Hi there!

I just pushed your orders through. Every once in awhile paypal orders get hung up in queue. My kiddoes are home on spring break and I let them borrow my email computer to play games together this afternoon so I hadnt checked mails since this morning. If there is anything else you need, please let me know!
