Download problems - I'm asking for your help

Hello Ladies,
I would be very happy about your help!

I made an order 2 days ago(# 1739390), but I can´t download the collection because my 5 attempts have been used up. I had internet problems on this one. I've been trying to fill out the help form for two days, which doesn´t work because of an error message ("Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administrator by another method"). Now I've tried it via the email address [email protected], but I don´t know if my email has arrived.
Can anybody help me, please?

Robin is awesome at helping out, I’m sure someone will see this and let her know if she doesn’t see it first. I use to have horrid internet and had to ask to be reset often.
