Download issue

I just bought Blessed Life kit by Amber Shaw. When I go to click the download link, this pops up and wont let me.

Let me check that for you. I had loaded the links for this kit, but I did get a weird screen then it showed they were in there. I bet something went buggy! BRB>..
 
Me again, I looked into the product and the links are there. I have sent an email to Admin to see what we can do to get the links to you/show up for you.

I hope the problem can be resolved quickly, but in the meantime I will double check my downloads to make sure everything is A-OK on my end.
 
What's weird is that my downloads show but they can't see them :( That's past my skill level LOL

Hmm... maybe try loading your files into the FTP again? And letting it update them. Maybe one is corrupt? Or, delete your downloads and re-load them to the product.
 
Let me try deleting and reattaching, if that doesn't work I will remove from FTP and reload altogether.
 
Ok I have removed then replaced the download links. Please let me know if they still are not showing for you and I will take the next step!
 
I'm not sure what all that means but whatever you did...it worked. I've got the kit downloading now. Thank you so much!
 
Great! I wish I had been as smart as Brook was and I would have had it fixed sooner LOL! Thank you again and so sorry for the trouble!
 
*shrug* I think you had it fixed pretty darned fast. I hadn't finished downloading/unzipping the rest of what I bought before you had it fixed so that's fast for me. Thanks!
