songs you don't even initially like get all up in your head and make you like it?

Like...you HATE the lyrics but then the beat has to be all awesome!? Or they play it so many times that you eventually find yourself humming along?

Or worse, that you hate a song but that it's like a little earworm and you find yourself humming it and you're like wait no...I hate this song! Get out of my head stupid song that I hate!!

I have so many songs now that I started off not even liking and find myself loving now.

What's worse is when they take a GREAT song and overplay it to the point that by the time they're done you're sick to freakin death of it!
 
i find myself singing kids songs all the time.

but other songs. . . hmmm I don't think I can just spontaneously sing them b/c i never know lyrics. even my fave songs I don't really know what they're about LOL

That happened to me with Umbrella by Rihanna and more recently Four Minutes by Madonna/JT.

Under my umbrel-la...ella...ella...eh...eh...eh...my hubby hates that song. I kinda like it! LOL I have the Madonna video on my blog right now. :)
 
I wish I had a normal song stuck in my head - I've been humming the theme to Three's Company for 3 days now!!!

Come and knock on our door...
 
That's exactly what I mean too...just randomly have a song that you haven't even heard in ages pops randomly into your head and it's like...the only cure is to listen to it and even then it doesn't always work!

Now I gotta go find the 3's company theme and hope it works! because it's not gonna quit til I do!
 
omg! yes. i don't like standard radio music at all so anytime i get those nickelback type songs in my head...i go crazy!
 
I'm totally with you. Hate when a song gets in my head that I don't like. Not sure how I end up loving a song I initially hated. And totally hate when they overplay songs.

You guys are to funny. And thank you for the 3's company song that I will be singing all weekend now.

But yes I have to agree that drives me crazy. I'm a huge music girl so when it's a song that I don't care for or one that is just stupid (like the 3's company song) it makes me insane.
