Do you use quickpages?

i've used quite a few of Meredith (Cardall)'s actually - esp. the one's she's done with Misty Cato's stuff - i have only posted a few QP's in an 'album' at DST http://www.digishoptalk.com/gallery/showgallery.php?cat=2161 and some are scattered thru my TDC gallery, but i have used WAY more, especially the one's they used to sell at ScrapQuick and pages here and there from minialbums that were FWP etc.

I use my stash of them when i am lacking mojo or feel the need to scrap quickly; I often add far more than just a title though, to make myself feel a bit of that pride u get when u complete ur own LO from scratch :p .

I also tend to crop 12x12 quick pages in to 4x6 when they have a lot of negative space that i can 'cut' and use them for DD's everyday brag books (cos she can't touch the ones i get professionally printed!)

yep, I'm a busy, working, single mom of 3 who is a stickler for scrapping in order because my memory sucks. If I scrapped randomly I would lose too many important details. My kids and family do not care one iota if I scrapped it myself or used a qp. Do I like those pages just as much? sure I do cause if it's not a pretty QP i'm not sticking it in my book. I love making my own pages, but I love having a "caught" up book better. Now that I'm designing and losing even more scrapping time, I'm sure I'll use more and more qps! I also use smilebox which is great. I don't upload pages using qps though

I've only used one once, and it was as a CT requirement. I don't have anything against them, I just like the process of creating. Someone mentioned to me that they use them for teacher gift albums, which I thought was a great idea!

I really haven't used them. Maybe a couple that I embellished or changed to make them my own, but that's it. I feel wrong taking credit for a QP--if a family member praised a LO I made with a QP, I'd feel like I had to tell them I didn't design that one myself.

I'm torn about calendars for this year. I make them for the whole family, and I may cave and use QPs this year because I don't have time to make them myself. But on the other hand, we look at those pages more than any others...shouldn't those be the ones I make myself? Like I said, I'm torn.

I've used them once for a few pages in a book that was a gift for someone else because I had to get the book done quickly.... but I will never use QPs in my albums. While I think some QPs can be really beautiful, they have no meaning or sentimental value to me because I did not create them. Besides, I LOOOOOOVE creating pages! And often times QPs just aren't my style... or they have bad shadows that annoy me. lol

I will, however, use the chipboard QPs that are FWP.

Nope, can't say I've ever used one. I think I have about 10, cause they were free with a kit, or in a grab bag or something. But I don't ever think to use them... not that I ever have the right photo to go with them though.

I just bought a 5-pack of Halloween pages (my splurge) from Kay Miller because I needed to put a Halloween page together FAST to finish my photo book, so I first did a google search of Halloween (or autumn) freebie quick pages and couldn't find anything nearly as nice (either too ... beginner ... or too scary!) ... so I splurged ... and got my page done in about 5 minutes (had to adjust the photos to fit. :) )
