Hey everyone- I know...we all post our photos online, so this is a hopefully a mustead for all of us. I stopped by Tim Holtz's blog tonight and found a link to his friend Christine Hellmuth's blog where she describes a bill called the "Orphan Act".

To quote Tim directly: "this affects all crafters, designers, authors etc. and scrapbookers too. my post here brings up the issue to scrapbookers because their photos on the internet will be subject to this new copyright legislation. and this new bill will essentially make them public domain."

Please stop by Christine's blog and learn more about what YOU can do (it's easy!!) to make your voice heard and stop this from happening.

I will be doing my part to prevent this from happening. I like to share my photos, but my photos are my photos and no one else should be using them, especially for advertising!!!
