Do something special for your SO?

I need some last minute ideas .. Clearly I just am not good at this romantic sweet blah blah gag crap. Lol
Bf was in wisconsin for a month for the first part of his airline pilot training stuff - he's been home for a week and leaves bright and early Wednesday morning to go to Georgia for almost another month. I want to do something special Tuesday but am totally out of ideas :[ I've already baked him like 90 things since he's been home, and made big meals.. We've gone out to dinner with friends three times (different people) Had a beach day.. And I think we are having people over for dinner tomorrow.. But I don't know what to do just for him you know ? We haven't had any major downtime minus that beach day- everything else has been go go go or him studying. I mean I've obviously been spending time with him in general but I feel like I should do something special :p or maybe I should just do nothing on Tuesday since he'll be stressed and packing at night anyway. Lol
Help! Haha

Lauren, I think some time alone maybe with his favorite movie or CD and get him a card and maybe something he can take with him. I think just he and you alone would be really special!

I agree with Amber. I don't think I'd do anything crazy special on that last day. Do you guys have a favorite at-home activity that you like to do together? Like for us, it's either snuggling and watching something on Netflix or Jeff has a video game that he loves. I hardly ever play, but on the RARE occasion that I do, it means so much to him. So, if I were doing a special night for him, I'd just make myself available to spend time with him playing the game that he loves.

I wouldn't do anything big, I'd focus on quiet time at home. Maybe make him a playlist for spotify or something of songs that make you think of him.

buy some new lingerie and leave it somewhere for him to find, that's what I always do. yeah I have tons of lingerie, hahahahaha

Personally I would choose the quiet time at home, but that's just me.

Have you thought about putting together a care package to take with him. Maybe with some little notes for him to go through over the month he is gone. For example: on one envelope you write If You Need A Smile. Inside you put a picture of you & C making silly faces or wearing those moustache glasses you can usually get at the dollar store. In another you tell him first thing you want to do when he gets back, etc. Throw in a DVD, gum, whatever else he might like that could go through security.

I think the care package idea is really cute. When I left home for college, my boyfriend at the time made me an in-flight package (the flight was 8 hours and I was terrified of flying). It had eight presents and eight envelops in it, that I got to open every hour. It got me distracted from the fact that I was flying and away from loved ones!

Thanks for the sweet ideas girlies <3 we are def staying in Tuesday night - we just had yet another dinner out tonight. Oye. This 10 day home visit has been exhausting !! Lol

This is what I was going to say. Write hime a note for each day he'll be gone and send it with him. Then on Tuesday just chillax with him. Offer to help get him ready to go, etc.
