Discount code from TDD

Zoe Pearn was sweet enough to share a discount code with readers of The Daily Digi. I was trying to buy a few -- okay, a lot of stuff from her but I'm getting a coupon not available error. I've emailed the Shoppe admin and PMed Robin, but I haven't heard back yet. The coupon expires today so I'm a little frantic. I know, I know; I shouldn't have waited until the last minute. :o

Is there anyone that has used the coupon code sucessfully?
 
I didn't use it but the only thing I can think of is just to make sure you are signed in before entering the coupon code!!!
 
Hi!

Here are a couple of things I suggest to my customers when they are having problems with coupons.

1. Make sure you are logged into the store (this is a different login than the message boards/gallery). And if you haven't shopped at the store since we switched to xcart, you'll need to create a new login.

2. Make sure that you are entering the coupon as coupon instead of as a gift certificate.

3. Also make sure the items you are buying are Zoe's and not 2 Scoops or Triple Dip collabs as the coupons won't work on those items.

Thanks so much for the quick replies ladies. I made sure I was signed in (it shows at the top right corner that I am logged on), I used the code in the coupon box, and the products are all from Zoe and not collaborations. I'm still getting a coupon error though. Well, I guess that's one way not to spend $40, lol.

you said the coupon expired today right? more than likely that is the issue.. and it expired @ 12am today (as opposed to tonight- which would be tomorrow.. ^_^ )
 
are you logged into the store as well as the forums? You do have to log in seperately for both so even logging in here you wont be there.

Also maybe one of the letters is a similar number of vice-versa?
 
I would guess it expired early in the day, because I did use it successfully the day it came out. I hope you get it figured out!
