I guess we're having Pioneer Woman recipe night... actually, most nights are becoming PW recipe nights because I have a girly-crush on her but I digress.

We're having her homemade mac and cheese and no-knead rolls. It's gonna be carblicious up in here. *drool*

I suppose I ought to make a veggie of some sort, eh? Luckily my kids don't like cooked veggies so that makes life easy on me...

We might have this casserole type thing called a bruschetta chicken bake. It's from the back of a Stove Top stuffing box lol! It's really yummy! Chicken breasts, chicken Stove Top, diced tomatoes and mozzarella cheese!

We're doing a clean out the fridge night, so some orange chicken, perogies, and leftover pizza from the weekend.

I buy it at the market. My grandfather made his own, but I'm not that industrious, nor do I have his recipe, lol! (He was born/raised in Athens.) Tonight's meal is coming from a kit, but I do usually make my own tzatziki.

Oh that IS my favorite, I want to come over, I'll bet it's yummy, there's nothin' better then potatos cooked with a roast.....I'm drooling!!!! for me it will be drive thru of some sort since it's just me--probably a hardee's Western burger
