Did you read the first? I have it because when I saw it I was instantly in love with the look and feel of the book (I have the hardcover), but then, I couldn't get into it. Do I just need to give it a little more time?

I'd love to hear from someone who's read it.

I really liked the first one..I thought the way he used the photographs to help with the story was very unique. They are actually real photographs he found and was inspired to write the book. I think I read the first one in one day lol

I read mixed reviews about it, so I haven't picked the first book up. But I've always been curious about it.

Robin it took me FOREVER to actually get into the first one. It is a bit slow to get into for me but then gets really good. I can't wait to read this one.

I read the first. I didn't love it, but I didn't hate it either. I also don't know if I liked it enough to read the second, though. I think I wanted to like it a lot more than I actually did. lol

I found the first book a little rough at the start, but it got a lot better and then was totally captivating. What an interesting concept! Hoping this second one is just as good.
