Will you have access to an oven? If so, I would recommend single-serving s'mores made with mini graham cracker pie crusts.

My cousin makes these for get-togethers and reunions and she made one especially for me. I ate the whole thing (over days, but still, the WHOLE thing). LOL Super easy to make and refrigerating overnight really melds everything together.

Speaking of s'mores. . .are there going to be kids there? I replicated something I saw in a shop. I put a marshmallow on a stick, dunked it in melted chocolate, and covered it in crushed graham crackers. Or, you could adult-i-fy them by taking off the stick.
