My totally late QOTD!! These holidays are throwing me for a loop, I can't keep track of the date! .....SORRRRRRRRRY this is late! So, with New Year's Eve approaching, lets talk resolutions....

Do you make any resolutions for the New Year? Any you want to share?

I normally do not make resolutions, but there are definitely a few things I would like to work on. 1) more patience 2) more organization around the house (somehow scrapbooking has gotten in the way my once VERY organized house :D) 3) get out of my cooking rut. With my kids being such picky eaters, I seem to be cooking the same things over and over again, it's seriously making me hate cooking!! LOL! I hope to try 1 new recipe every week or two and maybe come up with a menu plan we can stick to!

I don't make official resolutions, but there are things I hope for the new year:

1) Make goal weight at Weight Watchers
2) Turn my love of digital scrapbooking and photography into a money maker so I can be home with my family more.

Those are my top two right now...always good to have a resolution/goal.

i dont really make resolutions (tho i did swear id never touch html code again after trying to pretty up my blog last night!), but ive just had some bad news that a good friend had a stroke last night at the ripe old age of 23. Shes in intensive care and they dont know yet what she can expect in the way of recovery. She is both younger and fitter than i am. So i really feel like i have to take something positive from her tradgedy and make some changes in my own life. I need to get out more often, eat better and get moving. I want to set a good example for my son. Lifes short. Ive been reminded to make the most of it.

I think I post this every year when this question is asked, lol!

Years ago, after breaking resolutions over and over again, I decided that my resolution for the following year would be "no more resolutions after this one." It's the only one I've never broken.

I lost all my weight last year and went back to school, so this is the year to get healthy (more yoga and weights)- I REALLY REALLY want to do a triathlon, but it scares me so I will wait and not make it a resolution. I am moving home for a year so I also resolve to have patience with my family and not yell so much!!!!

Oh I have goals... lots of them... ;)

1. Loss weight... at least 60 pounds by the end of the year.
2. More cooking... in love with Once a Month Cooking!
3. Finally print layouts... all sitting on the hard drive waiting to be ooh and ahhed.
4. Organize the basement... now all my traditional scrapping stuff is downstairs, in boxes... and I can't fine a thing since...
5. More hybrid stuff... I really miss having something 3D to look at when I'm done scrapping.

Going to eat better and lose a lot of weight - at least that's my intention. ;) Also to spend less time on the computer and more with family.

I have a lot of resolutions this year! Many are tiny things, like managing my design time better (aka not wasting time on the forums lol)
and then I have bigger ones, like being more patient with my 4 1/2 year old, and the oh-so-common, losing more weight! I've been doing great on that one so far and have been losing weight thru the holiday season- I want to continue that one! :)

Oooh, there is a bunch of stuff I want to work on:

1) Eat Healthy and lose weight like everyone else.
2) Get my Garage cleaned out and organized, it is a black hole of stuff.
3) Take more time for me.
4) Do Project 365
5) Cook More things and new things.

Just have more fun is really what it boils down to and I need to get my life back in order so I can have fun!
