Hi my Sweets.. It's the 22nd and 3 more days till the big day of wrapping all over the place... Have you got everyone on your list or do you still need to shop?

I still have to go and get my dh's present and one of my nephews and I'm done. :unsure:

I still have my side of the family to finish shopping for, but we're not getting together til after Christmas, so I'm in no big rush.
 
I am hoping I have enough money to get my oldest boy one more thing. Thankfully, he is old enough to understand that his younger siblings may have more actual presents, but the cost of what I got him balances out to what I spent on the younger ones (I got him fancy skull candy headphones, the over the ear ones).
Other than that, my best friend is making my brother and sister their homemade chocolates that I ordered (my family won't be here until the 26th). My SIL also gets homemade chocolates, they are in my freezer already though. Not to sure what to do for my ILs though, they are the hardest!
 
I'm done shopping... still have to wrap my side of the family's but I can wait until next week for them when we celebrate Christmas with them on New Years.
 
Just need to pick up a gift card for my mom and send her calendar off. (She says its okay if she doesn't get it by Christmas, cuz she hasn't sent our stuff yet, either, just Kylie's gifts, LOL)
 
DH still needs to pick up a gift card for one person, and I need to SHIP part of Sharon's gift...I told her it would be more of a New Year's gift than Christmas LOL, because I haven't gotten it shipped yet.
 
I'm finished. I always get it done before November is over, then I can spend the first part of December getting re-acquainted with our UPS man Ernie! LOL

We have a lot of wrapping to do ... only one without several presents is my 21 yo ds ... he wanted money to put towards a laptop ... but not sure yet what we are going to do there....
 
i have to go out tomorrow and get the layaway out of Kmart. thats most of their stuff right there. then i have a few other things to grab, like slippers, some clothes and stocking stuffers. then i'm done! then i get to wrap. all of it. by myself. good think i like wrapping, lol.

Awww man I forgot my MIL, FIL is never ever around at Xmas... :sleep:
Your right about the more gifts for the lil one's and less for the older b/c they are at the age where they request $$ or gift cards and they have to understand it all does bal out if that. ;)
 
Christmas was really small and easy for us this year for some reason. I got my sister concert tickets, my brother a gift card, and we chipped in for a Visa gift card for our parents. Jordan takes care of his side of the family, so I dont' have to do anything there either.

I am disappointed though, because I LOVE wrapping and there's nothing to wrap this year. :(
 
I'm done shopping. The last gift I ordered should be here today. I have to assemble the gifts for my in-laws and wrap DH's gift and I'm done.

Col, if you lived closer, I would've loved to have you wrap the mound of gifts my sister sent for the kids. I'm really horrible at it. At least they're 5, 3 and 1, they don't really care how poorly wrapped they are.
 
I am done shopping for presents. The last thing we were waiting for was delivered yesterday, so we're all set. I do need to do some grocery shopping still, and I need to wrap presents. And, then, we're ready!
 
I'm definitely at the 'if I don't have it now' stage - though I've actually felt that way for quite a while now!

I've just started wrapping this evening, and already have had enough. I just can't seem to get into the mood this year - I miss my family and I think its dragging my Christmassy mood down :(

Still, I have Alex and his friend tomorrow for the day, and I've lots of Christmassy arty crafty things to do, so I think that'll help!
 
I'm done. The gift bags we are doing for some friends of ours are not complete but that is due to DH not having been to the liquor store yet,.
 
Done shopping - Kids are wrapping (so happy they have learned to use the sharp scissors! Teenagers -- gotta love em) But I could be totally convinced to shop some more -
 
I was supposed to be done, but my youngest dd got the throw up flu and FINALLY got better yesterday, tehn today I woke up with it! UGH! I still have presents to buy grocery shopping ... I want to cry. :(
 
I am done shopping and even have most of the food. I still need to wrap N's presents (the rest are done) and buy the goodies for Santa, but that's it which is good cause we aren't even celebrating with my mom until New Years. I do have the 2 gifts that need to be mailed still sitting here though.
 
I got everyone done! Thank God! But I still have to brave the store for diapers and do a little grocery shopping tomorrow.. not looking forward to that at all! It's gonna be so crazy!!!
 
I still have tons to do but at the rate I am going...not much is gonna get done:blink: I did buy the ham for our Christmas dinner today...so that's a good running start.
