I couldn't find it in the gallery and wanted to find out what alphabet the "happiest" is made from ... this is really cool!

It looks like she just created layers after the stroke and then shadowed them.

Hi Sharon! It is just a font. I created a clipping mask from it and cut it out of 2 pieces of paper to create that effect. You can find the font I used here:
