so i ordered a clip on ponytail for my Sookie Stackhouse costume. it came today but its darker than my hair, lol. it said dark blonde, but it looked lighter in the picture. i just colored my hair yesterday cause i was sick of the dark roots; a natural blonde color (lighter than i wanted but oh well) so while i love the ponytail in, its just a darker than my hair, lol. looks obvious. my hair is fragile so i won't dare dye my hair again to match. and you can't dye sythetic hair. maybe if i wash my hair a lot i can pull out some dye......otherwise i guess i'll just wear it anyway, lol. i'll see if i can get a picture and post it, lol.

try one of those color rinses. Since you want to go darker it will just put some color on that will wash out. No harsh bleach or chemicals.

i was going to look around today for a dark rinse actually, lol. here's a pic. it looks okay in the picture, but my hair is kinda natural slightly golden and the pony is dark ashy blonde. but its so fun to wear! i wanna grow out my hair lmao!

the pic looks like the ponytail is almost the same color, but if it's a big different I agree with the other's I would use a slighter darker wash on your hair. I hafta say going as Sookie is awesome! I'm looking forward to seeing pics!
