I haven't had a call in ages...so here is your chance! :thumbup:

What teams have you left in the past 6 months and why?
Are you a digital designer yourself? If so, where do you sell your products?
Why do you want to join HRD specifically?
Can you meet or exceed the following requirements?

Create 1 LO per new release and no less than 3 LOs per month (use older kits when there aren't 3 new releases some months) for the next 6 months.

Sign up for at least one blog post per month on the monthly team calendar. Blog posts include sneak peeks, challenges, desktop calendars, customer spotlights, free gifts, etc.

Be active, vocal and helpful in the SSD forum and HRD CT forum. Bascially be a cheerleader for me and my designs.

This will be on my MUST do list as soon as we get back from our camping adventure this weekend.

You're definitely not the only one. I even been trying to distract myself by doing housework! At least my house is almost sparkling clean :p
 
I'ld rather wait now, already got one rejection today (even if that one specifically said the reason was I had previously guested for that person 2 years ago and she didn't take on anyone that had previously created for her). Not ready for another one.
 
I also got a rejection today. It was a very sweet one (sounds like it may have been from the same call as yours, Mari). I'm still stalking my e-mail waiting to find out about this one. Maybe I'm just a glutton for punishment. :rolleyes:
 
I'm stalking my email, too!

And Mari, that seems strange to me, I always thought that a guest position was a "foot in the door" of sorts, but I guess that's not always the case. Sorry you've had some bad news today already. :(

It was very sweet though, if its the same one, she is super nice and I really did enjoy guesting for her way back when.
 
You gals are too funny. Isnt rejection fun? :thumbdown: I have my apps out for two totally cool gigs and I'm afraid I'll be receiving both rejections very soon, LOL :unsure:

ETA: Rejections IS a building block though....I have always found room for improvement in every rejection I receive, LOL

This is the only call I've applied for in quite awhile... not sure if that makes the waiting easier or harder! Is it August 2nd yet? :)
 
It is lunchtime, August 2nd here... but I am in New Zealand! I am used to adding a day onto everything!
 
I thought I reply'd to this post earlier today... but it's not showing up.

I'm glad that we've had a fairly busy weekend, out & about, otherwise I would have totally been (and am now that it's quiet time) an email stalker.

Good luck, can't wait to see what tomorrow brings. :)
 
Stalking my inbox today. Every time I have a new e-mail I get excited, then I get disappointed when it's not what I'm looking for! :unsure:
 
I need to go outside to change the flat tire on my car and load the trash in the back of the truck. Maybe there'll be some news when I'm done...
 
This is a good day to get the news anyway, if I make it I'll be super-excited and if I don't make it I won't care as much as I would any other day because hubby's coming home from his deployment today... I'll be with him 5 hours from now!!
