Adorable, Traci,lol. Canning/freezing just isn't for me. I hated it. My mother was into making freezer slaw, refrigerator pickles and freezing corn, as well as the occassional slow cooker apple sauce.
But if you want to can more stuff, pickles are always great, as well as relishes and all sorts of other veggies. Freezing is also a great way to go.
