Crazy Freakin' Weather!

Man, I wanna go back to California! While we were gone, I guess there were record setting high temperatures here at home for this time of year...but we flew back and the temperature had dropped and when we landed it was blowing snow. The next morning (Saturday) it was SO cold and still snowing. The temperature has not gone up, and we've essentially had white-out conditions for the last 3 days. I think there's at least 1 more day of this coming, too. The wind is blowing, and we've got MORE snow here now than we did in all winter. When we were gone, all the snow we did have had melted, but now it's back.

This is CRAZY, people! It's April! We don't usually get this type of weather in April (anytime between November and March, yes...but not April), but man, it's nuts!

Anyone want to chip in for my flight back to California?! LMAO!

nope.....I wanted snow alllll winter long and never got it. Matter of fact it was 60+ here on Christmas. We had 80 degree days in January. NOW we are getting 50-60s but I'll take those over snow anyday. There must be some truth the whole global warming thing huh? :thumbdown:

Dude, seriously! It's snowed twice here this past week. I've never been so homesick as I have this April(I'm from Hawai'i).

I woke up to fresh snow yet again this morning. I am trying not to keep track, but thats at least 3 times in the last week.

Yesterday I got this "breaking news email" from the tv station...
The National Weather Service has issued a Hazardous Weather Outlook effective for portions of the North and North Central Idaho, and throughout most of the Central and Eastern parts of Washington. I too am definitely ready for the warmer weather! It was actually in the 70's here yesterday with beautiful blue skies but today it all icky and rainy.

cali weather is a-maz-ing! i grew up in cali and the weather is the only thing i can say i miss! =) we will be in disneyland 2 weeks from tomorrow and i am so looking forward to anaheim weather!!

I saw a couple pictures from a friend in Edmonton of all the snow. Crazy!

Yesterday it was nice out. Not warm, but nice, and I thought I'd go get a couple hours work in out in the yard... I turn around and it's mixed rain and snow again! :cursing: Enough!
