Coupon help please GOT IT TYVM

I know how to use a coupon, but the code I got for the daily challenges is not working:mellow:

Can someone please help me out, so I don't miss out on using it, only good for a couple days!!!

here are a few suggestion from Libby when another customer was having troble with a coupon code.

Here are a couple of things I suggest to my customers when they are having problems with coupons.

1. Make sure you are logged into the store (this is a different login than the message boards/gallery). And if you haven't shopped at the store since we switched to xcart, you'll need to create a new login.

2. Make sure that you are entering the coupon as coupon instead of as a gift certificate.

If you are doing both those then just shoot a PM to Robin....she will surley help you out!!! :thumbup:

Are you signed it? Are you putting it in the coupon part & not the gift card part? Are you copy & pasting it in or typing it? If typing is it all correct?

Those are the only 3 things I can think of right off the bat. Meg should be by to help soon.

Oh & I wanted to add that I think you can't use it on a few items. The Quarterly Assortments & the Magazine are 2 I can think of off the top of my head.

No idea what else to tell ya that hasn't been mentioned..just make sure you are signed in, don't have any ineligible items in your cart (well you can have them in there but it won't discount), and are putting the code in exactly how it was PMd to you...

Which percentage was it? I'll see if anybody else had problems with it.

what error is it giving you?

awww thanks gals, yep I was signed in...the problem was the code...LOL

I had it all wrong, added a part that should not of been, opps!!!
