Cordless Phones

I don't know, but we bought an LG set (one main one with 2 other bases/phones) last year and the battery lasts FOREVER on them! Seriously, it can be off the hook for 3 days and still has some juice left.

We paid like $79 for the set, but it's been well worth it considering we through about 5 "cheap" ones (I think we paid like $40 or less) in 3 years.
 
You have to let them fully drain before letting them get fully charged. Don't leave them on the charger after they are charged. But really, battery lives don't last that long and they do need to be replaced every 1-2 years. I have to get a new laptop one sometime. At least I know I can get them cheaper on eBay!

That being said, I'm not sure if you can get them back to keeping a good charge once you've already screwed them up. LOL

Actually I didn't know about having to let them fully drain.. good to know :thumbup:
 
See if there is a "battery store" in your area...they should be able to order them if they don't carry them. That is where we originally got a laptop battery from we couldn't find anywhere else...and they were the first to get in ipod batteries.
 
Our cheap phone's battery lasted about 3 years. Pretty good eh? And the battery replacement cost about as much as the phone, so we just got a new one. :)
 
We have a 3-phone system. One of them got lost in our room for a while and completely died. Ever since then it will only get 1 out of 3 bars back of it's battery. The others last alright. We try to keep one on the charger while the other two are around the house.
 
UGH! I hate this!!!! We got a new phone and the batter dies all the freakin' time! It's sooo frustrating!!! We have a uniden and I like it really well. It's lasted longer than any other phone we have had.
 
we have a Uniden phone. I bought it like three or more years ago and it still lasts at least 24 hours off the hook. (total talk time of maybe 4 hours straight and trust me with a 17 y/o girl in the house it defenitely has been drained completely!!)
