ok.. LOL so the handy dandy retractable sharpie may have been around forever and I just didn't know.. but I needed a sharpie today, and just grabbed these @ the market without looking..

I especially like the mini sharpies, the ones that you can attach to your key ring...and i like the clicky one too...although, I am the person who absent mindedly clicks while holding it...very annoying, but fun!

The retractable sharpies are fun...but I'm not allowed to have them in my classroom (my own personal ban...5 year olds think they are too much fun) or at home (my 16 month old thinks anything that clicks is too much fun, and has an odd obsession with eating office materials...post-it's are a fave snack, with pens and markers a close second)...

now the personalized...oooohhh....nobody at school could ever steal my sharpies again....

I need to buy some for my mom, people always steal hers from the library (she's the librarian in my school).

I worked at a daycare for 8 years before I started staying home, and it didn't matter how I "personalized" my sharpie. They were always stolen if I didn't keep them in my purse.

I love sharpies but everytime I buy new ones my kids STEAL THEM!! My son draws on things he shouldnt and my daughter uses them to decorate t-shirts. I can never keep any markers but especially sharpies!!

I really love the minis...a few months ago I bought a set for my daughter because they were on sale for like 4.99 for like 18 of them. They are sooo cute!!

I have a small obsession with coloured ink. In my desk drawer I have a basket full of coloured Sharpies, gel pens, regular pens...but I don't think I have a regular blue pen
