Commenting on LO's in the gallery

I feel like a complete idiot but I cannot figure out how to leave a comment on a LO in the gallery. I dont see any obvious reply button or quick reply box. Im definitely not a stranger to forums but I feel like a first timer because I cant figure this out. Any suggestions?

Also, I uploaded an avatar and its showing on my personal page but why wont it show up in the forum posts?????

You need to have a certain number of posts before you can comment in the gallery. I'm not sure what the number is, sorry!

ETA: Same for the avatar and signatures.

I figured it might be something like that but I wasnt sure. I'm glad I asked because I was driving myself crazy trying to figure it out! Thanks!
