Soooooo,


I've lost 20 lbs! woot!! I'm 1/3 of the way to my goal!!:thumbup::thumbup:

Earlier this year I went into sort of a depression and gained about 25 lbs, and add that to being already 25lbs+ overweight, needless to say I got F.A.T.

I posted pics on my sparkpage if you want to check out the difference, I'm still bigger than I want to be (of course) but you can really see a difference in my butt/legs/boobs (of course) especially!!

Congrats Traci!!! You look awesome!!! I so desperately need to do something. This baby weight is not going anywhere. :(

How do you like Spark People? Has it helped a lot? I have heard about it, but never gone and checked it out.
 
hmm, I don't use it for anything but tracking food and ribbing Karah to get her butt in shape, but it's great for that!
 
Oh honey you look awesome congrats!!! I am in a slump and gaining and gaining so I can relate :( I need to get motivated!

Wow, your legs do look awesome! Isn't it amazing the difference 20 lbs can make? I lost 15, and I felt amazing. Of course, I've gained it all back and more with the baby, but that's only temporary. WTG, girl!

They say that the best way to stay on track and lose weight is to write everything you eat down in a journal - before you put it in your mouth. It makes you take a second look at what you're eating.
I've been on and off WW for a while and I am going back on again. I don't ever want to see 140 again and I know that I need to work at it to keep it off!!!

yup, I write everything down :) We're eating clean too and it's done amazing stuff for us!
 
COngrats!! Thats a huge accomplishment! I want to lose 45 lbs so I am there with ya! I've added you too my friends and maybe you can motivate me to get my butt in gear! I excersized this morning but my diet has been BAD today!
 
you look great! noticeable difference. hawtie!! i lost 25 lbs last year and have put on 8 of those plans and i have no intentions on getting back to the gym. i'm a lost chubby puppy dog...can you help?
