Awwwwww! A pit puppy named Tiger!!! How cool!
My girlfriend's husband found a stray a few weeks ago, and she ended up being pregnant so they took her in and cared for her. She birthed 9 puppies this morning! I'm DYING to keep one, but Jordan still says no, lol.

awww, what a sweet story! And Col, I'll bet those pups are just PRECIOUS! But don't you think Tiger would be heartbroken if he had to share your affection with a new puppy? lol
On a sad note, my sister's ex-boyfriends dog (it was *their* dog when they were together) was hit by a car this past weekend. TJ was out of town at his sister's wedding and the guy he left Brutus with let him run away and didn't bother to look for him or even tell TJ that he'd run away. Anyways, he got hit by a car and sustained major injuries (broken leg and hip, crushed abdomen, and major concusion). It was going to cost TJ no less that $8000 to "fix" him and Brutus' chances of survival were still low. So he and Kelly went to the animal hospital on Sunday afternoon and put him down. It was so sad.
TJ beat the crap out of his roommate that let Brutus run away (as well as kicked him out of his house).

Yeah, I don't blame TJ at all for being so angry. The guy actually let *both* of TJs pitbulls run away. Thats why we think Brutus got hit by a car. You see, he NEVER goes out of the yard. But when Cooper (who isn't even a year old yet) ran away, we think Brutus followed him (he follows Cooper EVERYWHERE) and then got hit. Cooper got picked up by Animal Control at some point and spent a few nights at the Humane Society. But Brutus wasn't so lucky.

Jenny, that is SO sad! Good for TJ for beating the crap out of that idiot AND kicking him out! What a loser that guy was... how hard would it have been to at least call TJ and say that the dog ran away???
