when you replied in my thread and asked me about our pipes busting, well last night i heard water underneath the bathroom floor. lifted up the crawl space lid and there is like a foot of water, lol. the funny thing is, that monday morning dh told me he shut off the water cause he heard a leak. but when i got up and turned the water back on i couldn't hear anything. but now i know something is leaking. its not cold enough to be because of it freezing. but the pipes are really really bad, a plumber last time told us so. so i will be calling a plumber here soon. wonder how much that'll be. :thumbdown:

Well look at it this way, better to have it go wrong now and be able to fix it, then in like a month and have it actually be frozen and even worse.

they just came out. there is like six inches of water underneath there so they have to bring back a pump to get it all out. it may take a day. so i'm without water. gotta go get paper plates and silverware. i hate being without water! this is probably going to cost a fortune.

plus, dh is blaming me cause when he told me he heard it monday, and i turned it on and heard nothing, no water under there either, i assumed he was just hearing the water softener; its kinda noisy and can sound like water leaking. now that there is a leak he said i should have listened to him and that maybe it wouldn't be flooded. so its all my fault, lol. jerk.
