Can you freeze it? My fave creamer is only avail at the holidays and I thought about putting single servings in an ice tray and freezing it so i had it year round for a treat (it's peppermint flavored)..anybody tried it?

ahh a quick google search (I did try this before i posted too lol) said i could just freeze them in the bottle...nice to know (they are nondairy creamer)

What a great idea! It should be okay to freeze. I used to work at Dole(Pineapple) in their R+D lab and we were working on a lot of popsicle products. Those flavored creamers should hold up to freezing quite well!

Yes!! I only drink iced coffee because of my danger prone toddler, so I freeze my creamer in my ice cube trays and then toss the cubes in a baggie, throw them in my coffee in the morning, and I'm good to go!

MMMM, Peppermint sounds yummy! DH doesn't like anything with mint or raspberry so I don't get to try them. I pretty much only get the Sugar Free French Vanilla. I would LOVE the pumpkin.

That's so cool that you can freeze it!

woohooo i am glad to know you can freeze it! we love peppermint mocha in hot chocolate. yes, hot chocolate. i have a love for hot chocolate since coffee messes up my tummy since having gabe :( i now make my own gourmet hot chocolates with coffee creamers!

Laura, gourmet hot chocolate in my house is one with vanilla vodka and chambord and homemade whipped cream! ;)

I had no idea you could do that...it would save me a lot of time going to the store to buy more!!!

ROTLMAO!!! i have a feeling my kids would get hooked on that a lot quicker than my version and i might have some issues when they went to school with liquor on their breath..

mmm my kids love the peppermint mocha in hot chocolate! I'm gonna buy a bunch when I find it on sale lol

Oh boy, I am now hooked on Coffee-Mate Peppermint Mocha! But the bottle says not to freeze. I'm wondering if that's a taste/quality issue or expansion issue? Looking around the web it seems like people have frozen it OK though.

Dang it, why did I buy only one bottle?

i did a quick google search and there are all sorts of ppl that freeze it. most report that it works better to take a little bit out to allow for expansion but there are other that say you don't have to.

Where have I been...I have never tried peppermint mocha and that sounds sooo good!

It's great to know you can freeze it, or should be able to. You girls are so great. :)
