Where do I find current challenges (other than the Birthday challenges going on right now)?
In the Passport section, I see a mention of a Color Challenge and needing to use the color palette...but I can't seem to find that.
I see there is a Challenge Archives section, but that is for anything before 2017.

In that Passport section, you'll find a February FAQ thread & that will have the details of each prompt, color swatch, etc.

Yes, Passport to Sweet Stuff is the section of our challenges.

February 2020: Passport FAQ This gives you the information for each challenge this month, a description.

February 2020: Passport Inspiration Portal Here you can share the layouts you created for each specific challenge.

February 2020: Passport To Passion Reply to this thread by Midnight EST, February 29th with an image of your completed passport to earn your sweet stuff! Be sure to include any comments, gallery love lists, etc. in your post if the challenge asks for them.

** Nevermind - Mary posted same time as me!

This thread ('Passport to Passion' - that's this month's theme) explains the Passport challenge system overall and is where you grab this month's 'passport' to stick you completed LOs, etc on.

The more detailed 'instructions' for this month's challenges are here ('Passport FAQ').

This thread ('Passport Inspiration Portal') is where you show off you completed LOs and see what others have done if you need some inspiration.
