I have so many shadow styles that I am wondering is there anyway of combining all of them in to one big list because right now all I seem to be using is one set of them and forgetting about the other 10 I have! I use Photoshop CS4 by the way
 
what do you mean?

Do you have your styles palette showing? (window-styles then you can choose list or thumbnail)
 
I have that already set up

What I am wanting to do is have basically a big list of all the shadow styles so that when I need to shadow acrylic I can see that I do have a style that would work because right now if it isnt one of Jenn's styles I dont use it and forget I even own it
 
You can save all your favourite styles as one group if you want to. load all of your drop shadows styles, If there is a style you don't like you can right click right on it and delete that one style

If you click on the little arrow on the right hand side with the lines you can select "save layer styles" so that way its a custom set of styles you like.

thats what I am looking for exactly Kristin but for some reason save layer styles isn't working for me the way it should be because it doesn't show that I have any yet I know I do
 
I have all of my shadows in groups. I mean they're all in one large window open put like the first row is all starter shadows, then it's ribbon shadows, button shadows, small elements, flat elements, bulky elements, flair, stitching, papers, acrylics, and page protectors.

I might be slightly um, obsessive over my shadows.
 
urgh this is so frustrating when I know what I want to do but can't seem to get my head around it

that I am wanting to combine into one group if possible
 
try going to your styles box..then go to the arroweplace styles

then load only your shadow styles and save layer styles as dropshadow-styles or something then repeat the process for other styles you have

then you can load just the styles and they will all be together how your grouped them..you can then save it from there and you can just load that one style whenever you have to reload your style palette

I don't think you can combine styles like actions in folders
 
i think the biggest issue is that doing that in PSE 10 is much harder than in CS. i don't think you can group them in PSE at all.
