I got a huge one, it has my camera, 2 lenses, my flash, & video camera, with a few other odds and ends. I've had it almost a year now and I love it. But, It is heavy, so if I were you I'd consider getting a backpack. I want one so when I'm out without the stroller I don't die.
Walking around DC with my current bag was painful.

Backpacks can get really heavy too, just a warning. We used one in Europe and Jordan was constantly complaining

oooh! I got a Jo Tote for Christmas...just a bit early! I got the Black one and I adore it!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't wait to get another color! It is fabulous and holds a ton of stuff!! Seriously it's awesome!!
