Camera advice?

It is time to upgrade/replace my DSLR...I have a 50D that is on it's last legs and am looking at gonig to a full frame format. Any of you ladies shoot in full frame? Thoughts?
 
I do! I have the Canon 5D MarkII. LOOOOVE it! It's such a nice jump from crop sensor. The expanded ISO (and great handling of noise on high ISOs) alone was worth the jump.
 
I had the original 5D full sensor and it was my favorite camera ever. I now have the 6D. It is full sensor and cheaper than the 5D Mark III. Since I don't shoot professionally anymore, it's hard for me to justify the price of the 5D.
