Calendar Covers

I only have one more month to finish for my calendars and then the cover - I'm lost for what to do for the cover. Just the year, pics????

Anyone want to inspire me? Show me your calendar cover or share your ideas.
 
I was totally lazy when it came to do the title page (was the last one for me as well), so I just modified our Christmas Card (we send our Christmas Card as "PF 2013"). :D Don't tell anybody! :)


(it's made with Kristin's Caroling and Shawna's monogram alpha; and it was totally inspired with that one layout Steph did for the Summer Games - it was gymnastics, I guess? :) )
 
We took family pictures on Thanksgiving and I used one of those on my cover. I think it would look good either way, though.
 
this is ours. i used penny and cindy's calendar toppers

I usually have a photo on mine. I buy calendar toppers, but there are always some months I don't use because the theme or colors didn't work with the photos I planned to use that month. I recycle one of those as my cover, just cover up the month on the topper if there is one and add the year.
