Ok, this is soooo embarassing, but since I know I've come so far, it is really comical now! I was unpacking today (we moved 2 weeks ago) and I found a bunch of CDs I had burned when I backed-up my HD last year. Guess what I found?!?! My 2 first scrap pages EVER!!!!! I laughed so hard when I opened them up! They are soooooo ugly! :p Have a look. Sorry if they burn your eyes out. lol! :o

Thank you so much for the compliment! I'm so flattered!! :wub: I hope more people post some of their first pages, I love to see them! I'm already cringing at a couple things I did on my first LOs. Isn't it funny how we can look at something and be so proud of it at the time and then look back at and think ... "um, what was I thinking?"
 
oh my gosh, my first scrap page is lost in my dead laptop's harddrive, but i'll go scrounging around for an old one too. Thanks for sharing, girls--and may i say you're all RAWKIN the layouts :)

Here is my first one, from about 1 year ago. It took like 3 days for me to do LOL. It had no shadows on it at all, I had no clue about that stuff then.

Oh my first is way gone on my old pc from like early 2005 lol..it was BAD..drop shadows like you wouldn't believe lol...here's the oldest one I have on my laptop which was in 2006...thanks for making me go back and look b/c now I think I want to redo this pic in a new layout :)

I think the first ones are really nice. They show a development of your style and life. Don't hang your head. Stand proud!! The first ones are always the hardest. Personally I like the first page. I love how you mimiced the arched lighting in your photo frame.
 
You're first one isn't that bad, but the second does look like its gonna pop off the page with those shadows. lol Here's mine:

LOL... I always think it's so funny to look back on where we started. I haven't been scrapping that long, but when I look back on my first sigs from 4
years ago... YIKES!
 
Wow, Megan, those were some serious drop shadows! On the other hand, I don't think my first page had any, so it was pretty bad.
 
Oh honey you have come such a long way!! Your layouts were never ugly thought babe!! The newest is a stunner but I love all your work!
 
LOL, I started in June 2004, and yeah...they're beautiful. NOT. LOL! I'm going to see if I can find my first pages, and post here...
 
My oldest layout has been printed and deleted from my computer! I started digiscrapping in April of 2005, and here is one of my layouts created in July of 2006... first one posted at DST, thank you very much!
