it's quite chilly here today...granted I think chilly for me is diff than chilly for some (like up north haha) was high 40's/low 50's last night and tonite..still it's chilly lol

First day I've had to turn the heat on (I hate the smell too from the heater after it's been off all spring/summer lol)
 
It's 40 here right now and I'm chilly.
It feels good though. Sweater weather. I love it!
 
Heat already Meg? You are a whimp! ;) It was 47 degrees one morning last week and I had all the windows open! LOL!
 
It is 41 right now here and the high is only going to get to 63 today.....I am thinking we may have to turn the heat on pretty soon too...YUCK, not looking forward to the smell either!!!!!
 
it is in the 40's here this morning and too and yes i am wimp but i haven't turned the heat on yet bc by this afternoon it will be in the high 70s low 80s. i just keep the house closed up and wear a sweatshirt until it warms up :) it will be like this for a while. it just takes some time to get used to
 
I broke out the (imitation) down comforter last week up here. It's still warm during the day, but gets pretty cold at night. Jordan loves to be cold, so he leaves the windows open til 11 or 12 at night, so I sleep in sweats and snuggle under the covers :)
 
It's chilly here too. No problem - other than flip flops, hoodies are my favorite!!! I'm so NOT into being "fashionable"!!! LMAO!
 
I thought I was the only one who wore hoodies and flip flops at the same time :D

I wear my flip flops until it is absolutely necessary for me to stop. Like when my feet are blue LOL

It's 56 here now, and it's definitely Fall...some of the leaves are finally changing. I do love Fall though, but I dread winter.
 
It's just below 60 here... and that's chilly for us right now! No heat yet. It's still getting up to almost 90 during the day! blah!
 
ewwww! yes...that smell. it actually makes my asthma flare...lol!! 50's are perfect to me, but yes...totally chilly. don't you love it though? :D
 
you can all enjoy your cool/cold weather now. It was 102 here yesterday :P

I will laugh when you are all snowed in & we are riding bikes in shorts :)
 
I'm with Amber... it is HOT here still!!! :glare: Sometimes I hate living in AZ. I wish I could really wear all the cute sweaters and scarves in the winter, but the last few years it just hasn't been cold enough.

Ditto....I long to wear cute scarves and sweaters! Darn this AZ heat!
 
I love my sweaters and sweat shirts, but dang, it just means winter's that much closer :blink: It's cold here; definitely fall, there's no getting around it. The furnace isn't going on until it's too dang cold I can't keep the chill off with my radiator like room heater,lol. (we use propane. I am dreading what it's going to cost).
 
See I LOVE being snowed in, im so weird LOL. I love cuddling up under blankets and drinking hot chocolate. I love sledding and teh smell of winter. I love the clothes. I love it all LOL. Guess its good im in Connecticut. I always felt like you couldn't appreciate a hot summer without a cold winter. Maybe cause I dont love summer after the first few weeks LOL Im weird!
 
i love winter as long as i am outside in small doses...LOL i get cold and then can't get warmed up again. i am a wimp but i LOVE the look and the smell and the whole "atmosphere" of winter
 
I'm friggin COLD in here! Might have to drag out a old navy fleece soon

temp says 59 for outside but brr in here!
 
It's still nice here. We've been having highs in the high 70s, low 80s, with occasional thunderstorms. Even the weather forecasters have been saying this is more summer than fall weather. Personally I love it, I'm not ready for 8 million months of winter. :D I'm going to hold on to wearing my tank tops and flip flops for as long as I can. :thumbup:
 
I just turned my heat on a couple of minutes ago, it was just a bit too chilly. The past few days it has only gotten to about 74 but today was like 64 and breezy which isn't horribly bad but it just gets colder as the night goes on. I hate winter.
