So finally a high-level manager got involved and the beds have been shipped and are being delivered Next Day Air via UPS. I have a tracking # and they are on-time and showing to arrive tomorrow sometime.

I also got FREE shipping and an additional 10% of my purchase for a total of 20% off. So $399 bunk beds only cost me $319 with FREE shipping.

I still won't believe it until they are actually here! But, so far so good!

Glad to hear it looks things have finally been properly taken care of, Jami! Crossing my fingers for you that this is the last of it and tomorrow you'll finally be putting together the bunk beds!
 
Thank goodness that is all done....I would have asked for more but I am glad you got that 20% plus free shipping. Can't wait to see them all set up...you will show us...right???
 
I probably would have tried to get more off after all the crap they put you through, but I'd still be happy with that because at least it looks like they are finally coming!!! You'll have to let us know when they get there, and I wanna see some pics too when you get them all put together!!
 
ok, I'm crossing all my fingers and toes; knocking on wood; petting a lucky rabbit's foot (well, not really -- that's gross); throwing salt over my shoulder and wishing on a star. Those bunkbeds better get there!
 
wow! if that wasn't an ordeal, i'm not sure what is!! how friggin annoying...hopefully they will arrive there tomorrow. safe and sound.
