Brownie question

I NEED this pan! I was gonna say, I just want a pan that only does corners, but I guess that would be a muffin tin, eh?! Maybe that's why I prefer brownie bites. It's all starting to make sense! I love baking pans. I love to collect them and look at them and think, "Wow! That make such a pretty..." but then I never ever use them!

That pan is my worst nightmare.

I need to create some kind of handled edge scoop that you could insert into a pan of brownies that would lift the Ring of Crustiness so all would be left would be good soft brownie. THAT would rock my face off.

I would not want the brownie one cause I love the squishy middles, but the lasagna one would be perfect!

I only like the inside peices... UNLESS they are just out of the oven and the edges are chewy... then I like edges. But after they cool, insides only please!
