Bringing back older mega-collab?

Is there a time of year when retired mega collabs come back?

I'm looking particularly at one that I missed.
One 4 All by Sweet Shoppe Designs

It was beautiful but I didn't get a chance to buy it and regretted it. Is there a chance it will happen before the end of this year?

Looks like you're getting lots of views but no answers! Was the collab you missed released since February? If so, usually during the February birthday celebration they bring back all the collabs released over the past year. Other than that I can't remember. I hope you're able to get it!
